Mandate

The Secretary Office functions on behalf of the DG, ICFRE to discharge the following :

1- Convening meetings and maintaining the records of proceedings of the ICFRE Society, Board of Governors and its Committees .

2- Establishment matters pertaining to Group A and B, like appointments, deputations, promotions, seniority, transfer, ACRs and personnel management.

3- Representing the Society in all legal suits or proceedings by and against the Society.

4-Cases related to "Public Grievance" of ICFRE and its Institutes.

5- Attending to Parliamentary questions in coordination with all Directorates of ICFRE.
