A candidate must

• Hold a Master’s Degree or its equivalent from any recognized university or Institute.
•  Have received grade 50% or above in Post Graduate Examination.
• Have the Supervisor or the co-supervisor from IFGTB centre.
•  The application for registration as Ph.D. scholar for the under noted two terms in a year is accepted in the office of the IFGTB as per details given below:

(a) February

Duly filled application form with synopsis should be submitted to the Director, IFGTB on or before 16th February without penalty or before 28th or 29th February with Penalty

(b) August

 Duly filled application form with synopsis should be submitted to the Director, IFGTB on or before 16th August without penalty or before 31st August with Penalty.
