The "Indian Forester" is a monthly journal of Forests and Forestry. It was founded by Sir William Schlich in 1875. The journal covers forestry related topics like Agroforestry, Biodiversity, Biotechnology, Ecology and Environment, Joint Forest Management, Non Wood Forest Products, Pests and Diseases, Pulp and Paper, Silviculture, Social Forestry, Soil and Water Conservation, Sustainability, Urban Forestry, Westland Development, Wildlife, Wood Science and Technology etc. The annual subscription of the journal is as follows:
